Cancellation Policy

Butterflyvista Corporation requires three business days notice for consulting service cancelations. See our Refund Policy below in respect to product refunds.

Refund Policy

Butterflyvista Corporation reserves the right to deny refund requests. Some refunds may be granted in cases where the user has been overcharged, misquoted or used our services for a very short period of time with no results or technical/installation issues with our software products. Documentation of such activity must be provided by the user. In any case, once the grace period for refunds has elapsed and we send you out a permanent registration key, there will be no refunds of any kind for any reason, Each individual refund request will be reviewed by Butterflyvista Corporation on a case-by-case basis. If a refund has been granted by Butterflyvista Corporation, the user may reorder our services without penalty or choose to cancel the user account. In such cases, refunds will be charged back to the user's credit card on file within 24-72 hours from the time of the request or will be processed a check from Butterflyvista Corporation via US Postal mail for all invoice orders. In all cases, payment processing fees are nonrefundable, and there will be a seven dollar service fee for the request.
